本屆工作在2017年於上海會議開展，是新體制的第一届及世界嚴重疫情的四年多下完成，因為疫情原因原訂2021年於韓國舉行的大會及新一屆選舉活動也需要延期至2022年8月在韓國舉行。本屆董事會主席：朱曙明，副主席：臧寧貝，秘書長：王添強。

2019年中期大會

是屆的中期大會於2019年八月二至四日在香港賽馬會創意藝術中心 (JCCAC) 舉行，來自不同地區，包括：中國內地、韓國、丹麥、土耳其、新加坡、香港、澳門、台灣等多個地區近150人出席。

2、ATYA 焦點城市分享(ATYA FOCUS)
每屆 ATYA 周年大會均以非亞洲地域及亞洲地區作為雙地域展示，本年的非亞洲焦點國家為丹麥、亞洲地區分別為新加坡、台灣、中國大陸、香港及澳門等同屬華語的地區，獲邀製作人分享所屬地區的精選兒童劇目及藝術節。為各地兒童劇場/藝術節與兒童劇團締造連結平台，推動跨國合作。(現場設普通話、粵語及英語即時傳譯)

期間的董事會

大會期間董事會亦舉行了三次會議，分別於2018、2019及2020年借用韓國 ASSITEJ Korea 冬季藝術節期間在首爾舉行，並且與世界各地兒童劇界交流及介紹ATYA 工作。

ATYA 網絡研討會（ATYA Zoom Conference)

由於2021年大會需要延期，為了保持大家的聯繫，由韓國 ASSITEJ Korea 、沖繩 Ricca Ricca Festa 籌備、統籌及策劃，在2022年一月六日舉行「ATYA 網絡研討會」。

歸納研討會參與者對 ATYA未來發展的建議：
1、網絡平台加強- ATYA 的網絡平台可以進一步分享願意開放版權的經典完整作品、製作片段及製作特輯的紀錄片，以便亞洲地區的兒童劇工作者可以進行學習。
（Enhanced network platform - ATYA's network platform can further share classic complete works, production clips and special feature documentaries that are willing to open copyright, so that children's theater workers in Asia can learn and improve.）

2、兒童劇交易平台的建立- ATYA 可以建立願意提供版權條件的製作及劇本，供大家進行兒童劇作品版權交易。
（ Establishment of children's theater trading platform - ATYA can establish productions and scripts that are willing to provide copyright conditions for everyone to conduct copyright transactions of children's theater works.）

3、 Asian TYA 藝術節- 舉辦網上或現場的 Asian TYA 藝術節，由會員機構輪流舉辦。
（Asian TYA Art Festival - Online or on-site Asian TYA Art Festival will be held by member institutions on a rotating basis.）

4、合作製作計劃（百布福2·0）- 多年前，ATYA 曾牽頭舉辦一個八個地區的百布福合作計劃，並推出「超級英雄 Super Hero 」，巡回歐、亞地區共四十多場。ATYA 可以再次推動。
（Co-production plan (Patchwork’s family 2.0) - several years ago, ATYA took the lead in organizing a Patchwork’s family cooperation program in eight regions, and launched "Super Hero", which toured more than 40 performance ,through European and Asian regions. ATYA can push again.）

其他需要注意的發展方向：
1、兒童劇新一代- ATYA 應該開始新一代兒童劇專業人員的培養。
（A new generation of children's theater - ATYA should start the training of a new generation of children's theater professionals.）

2、研究及資料- ATYA 需要就世界兒童劇發展提供研究及資料收集的合作計劃。
（Research and Data - ATYA needs to provide a collaborative project for research and data collection on the development of World Children's Theatre.）

3、新科技運用- 應對未來多變的困難，ATYA 應該研究一些不影響兒童劇現場表演特殊性的「舞台新科技」。
（Application of new technology - To cope with the changing difficulties in the future, ATYA should study some "new stage technologies" that do not affect the particularity of live performances in children's theaters.）

4、共同改善社會風氣- ATYA 應該就兒童劇對兒童及社會的貢獻，合作撰寫文章，推動社會風氣的改變。
（Jointly improve the social atmosphere - ATYA should cooperate in writing articles on the contribution of children's theater to children and society, and promote the change of social atmosphere.）
